Barrel Aged Scotch Ale
To appreciate a glass of Bourbonified Depth Charge, one must reflect on its journey to get to you. White-hot granite boulders were used to boil the wort of its Maris Otter barley-rich base which gives the brew a touch of caramelization and plenty of rich, outstanding flavor.
The ale was then aged in J. Henry & Sons Bourbon charred oak barrels - the same barrels that slow-age J. Henry & Sons bourbon for a minimum of five years on the Henry farmstead. This bold, limited release scotch ale will deliver a smooth, rich flavor and an experience guaranteed to match the journey it took to get to your glass.
